Since 2024 the designer Anne-Sophie Nørby Velling / Augustins has been collaborating with Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk in producing a range of exclusive knitting patterns using Hillesvåg yarns. Efterår (Autumn) is a collection inspired by classic and traditional styles, but reimagined in a modern context. Anne-Sophie Nørby Velling is a Danish designer known for her beautiful, romantic style. This collaboration combines timeless Danish knitwear design with high-quality Norwegian wool. Combine your favourite colours and create your own look with these classic, timeless sweaters.

All the designs in the Efterår collection are unisex and the patterns give instructions to knit either in men's or women's sizes. Please note that the yarn quantities and the length of the sweaters are different for the men's and women's versions, but the general sizing, based on the chest measurement, is the same for both.

By buying this kit you save 10% on the price of buying yarn and pattern separately. Please note that we sell this pattern only in the form of a kit, in English with French translation. The single pattern is only available on the Hillesvåg website in English, Danish and Norwegian.

Your chest size: 80 (90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150) cm 
Chest circumference of sweater: 95 (105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165) cm

Please note that the yarn quantities and the length of the sweater are different for the men's and women's versions, but the general sizing, based on your actual chest size, is not.

Designed to be worn with 15cm of positive ease

NEEDLES
3mm circular needle and DPNs (or short circular needle) for neck and ribbing. 
3.5mm circular needle and DPNs (or short circular needle) for body and sleeves.

GAUGE
24 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stocking stitch on 3.5mm needle after blocking. Due to variance between knitters, colourwork should be swatched to determine whether to go up or down a needle size to keep gauge constant..

MATERIALS
Stitch holders or waste yarn; stitch markers; tapestry needle; blocking tools.
