There's a new yarn festival in France, and we are really proud to be participating in the very first edition! Le Fil de la Manche (Channel Threads) will take place over the weekend of the 28th and 29th April at the Chateau de Miromesnil at Tourville sur Arques in Normandy. It is here, at the magnificent birthplace of Guy de Maupassant, that the organisers will pitch their tents, in the shade of the castle's magnificent ancient beech trees.
The festival unites a selection of exhibitors from all over France and Europe around the theme of wool. Come and share our passion for colour, for fibre, knitting, felting, spinning, crochet and the "hand-made". In addition, discover an exciting programme of workshops including, amongst others, a "Knit-a-long" with Isabell Kraemer, "Colour" with Rililie, "Two-Colour Brioche" with Julie Dubreux and "How to Choose your Pattern" with Josée Paquin.
We can't wait to meet you all in Normandy!
