Karma Chameleon is a simple striped cardigan, knitted seamlessly from the top down with a round neck and a raglan yoke.  Just like Linus on the Line, the striped shawl designed by Estelle Hughes (also available as a kit on our website) for the Ullcentrum 2-Ply yarn, this easy to knit cardigan is a good way to showcase the gradient colourways of this Swedish wool producer.

YARN AND COLOURS

Main colour: Ullcentrum 2 Ply Sport Solids 300m/100g
Contrast colour:  Ullcentrum 2 Ply Sport Gradient 300m/100g

2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4) skeins of the main colour (solid)
2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4) skeins of the contrast colour (gradient)

Please note:  size 2 XL requires 910m of the main colour, so 4 skeins. As only 10 metres of the 4th skein are needed (if all skeins are consistent), it is possible that you may be able to do it with 3, although this is of course not guaranteed.  If you wish to try, then please buy size XL.
 

NEEDLES 

3mm circular needle and/or DPNs for collar and ribbings.
4mm circular needle and/or DPNs for body and sleeves.
 

GAUGE
 
21 sts x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stocking stitch on 4mm needle after blocking.
 

SIZES 

Please note:  the sizes are fairly generous. It may be advisable to go down one size from your usual size (depending on the fit required).

XS (S, M, L, XL, 2SL, 3XL)

This garment is designed to be work with around 4" (10cm) of positive ease at bust.
