Welcome to our new loyalty scheme, Points de Tricot! To thank you for being a Laine des Iles customer, we have decided to put in place a system of points which earn you discounts against your future orders. Subscription to the scheme is free. All you need to do is set up a customer account by clicking My Account at the top of the homepage, or from the widget at the bottom of the screen on the website. By opening an account, and for each purchase that you make, you will earn Points de Tricot.
If you already have a customer account with Laine des Iles, you have already earned at least 250 points as a welcome bonus! That's already a discount voucher worth €5!
(Please note: if you have previously opened a customer account, but not made any purchase, your account has been deleted and you will need to open a new account.)
You earn 250 points for opening an account, and then 1 point for each €1 spent (even during sales and on promotional items). You earn the following rewards:
250 points = €5 voucher
500 points = €12 voucher
1000 points = €25 voucher
So don't hang around - by creating an account, you earn 250 points, so take advantage of this offer to earn a discount voucher for €5 immediately! Or keep these points to build up more - the more you spend, the more you are rewarded!
IMPORTANT: Please note that for the moment, the loyalty points application on the website is not bilingual, and therefore currently appears in French only. It is very simple to use, but to help with any problems, we have included the translated FAQ in the information page (available from the menu in the website footer).
